There are some short tubes that go into a hole in the bottom. Some have a fixed capacity and some have a micrometer adjustment. You insert the tube into the hole then work the handle which drops the powder then levels the powder.
So, I guess that makes it more of a powder dispenser than a powder measure.
I've used it with W231 and it has been very consistent.

Interesting.
Its operating principle is the same as the B&M only the cavity appears to rotate rather than slide as in the B&M.
It should be very consistent, the B&M is spot on.

Redding and Baer both made rotary models -- If it is old enough it could be a Pope - Photo is nt very clear on my old puter --

It mostly follows the patent for the Texan measure. Still, it would be nice to see better pictures.
