Not the dpms, but in a lot of other 308/7.62 semi autos. Works fine when you get the right combination.

Thanks,can you point me in a direction?powder,boolit?

i have tried wcc860,i was warned and did it anyway.i wont again!
Then i tried 200 and 210 grain boolits with 2400,and4759,not much luck there,i shoot better than those loads did(that dosent happen often) so then i went to the group buy tl150gr and it was pretty bad(2 1/2 at 50 yards) so being a stuborne person i tried lees 150fp with reddot and it was a little better but a long way from good.

i keep thinking i might be too slow and should rethink this and get speed up t around 2000 or more.i have stayed around 1400-1650.

any bone you might throw would help me find north again.

You have to have a 180 gr. or more boolit. Those would include the 31332, 311334, 311299, GB311407 or the 314299, all depending on correct fit. Try to keep the gas check even with the bottom of the neck. You want a malleable hard alloy (50% ww / 50% pure lead water dropped, wait two weeks for cure time) sized about 0.311". A medium to slow powder is very good also, try AA 3100 or 4895 from any of the four makers. There are other factors I won't discuss on open forum due to possible miss-use of the directions on how to use it properly.
