Yes Midway has the stuff and does ship to Canada, but I don't know about customs regs. Another source is a firm in Australia (Bertrams?) that makes all sorts of brass. Suggest that you do a google search on both sources. I have a 348and stocked up a few years ago. It wasn't cheap then and I'm sure its not now, but the stuff is needed not only for the straight caliber, but for a few variations of the 348 necked up to wildcats for the Winchester M71. Good Luck.
