This aint a recipe--no cooking involved. Take a store bought pound cake and cut it in half height wise. In other words if the cake is 4 inches tall,you'll have 2--- 2 inch cakes after cutting. On the bottom piece spread sherbet to what is the top after you cut it. You can use any flavor and it's best to let it soften a little to spread easier. Put it on half inch or so thick. Then put the original top back on. To the original top put a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle coconut. This can be sealed and kept frozen and will be ready anytime. For those that like to eat what you shoot,guess you could run a round through it.

The Argentins have a dish calle "Sopa Ingles" roughly Englishman's soup. Pound cake in a medium deep saucer served with their best whiskey poured over the top to about 1/2" standing in the saucer. Gianni.
