What is the correct Lyman top punch for the Catshooter 45-283?

That is an excellent question.

In theory, the Lyman 429 should fit. But out of the six 429 top punches I own, none fit any 45 mould I own, including the Lymans!

Sometimes, a flat tipped punch works when others won't. But the best answer I know of is to either make your own, or, if you're not equipped to do that private message site member Buckshot. He will make you blank top punches that you fit to your boolit with epoxy.

He is very reasonable and does excellent work. He even will send you instructions!
