View Full Version : Shooting in NJ............

Guys a bit of help please.
I am in the UK and will be visiting my mate who lives in Morristown in August.
He was shooting at a place called Rays which has closed down.
He has mainly handguns but also a 10/22 and Remy 30-06 semi.
Can any one recommend a friendly range within,say,an hours drive so we can get some shooting/bonding going!
I will also have my daughter who will be 19 at that point in time and she likes to shoot!
I seem to remember that Rays had an age limit of 21 for hangun shooting when I was there a few years ago.

There was a public range just off of Rt 80 where Reiman Pontiac used to be. I don't know if they are still open or not & I don't know the name. The other ranges that I know in that area are private clubs. They are worth joining if you plan to shoot more than a few times per year.

Even though I'm in Jersey, I don't know that area of the state. You could try these lists:
