Nah,
I'd rather have a genuine RD mold!

Dang it! My only antique 1894 is a 38-40 so I guess I'll have to keep looking.......

That tool is in beautiful condition, and I have 2x 44/40 rifles and 2x 44/40 revolvers, butttttttttttttttttttttt, I think I will pass at this point, besides, I have a Mav Dutchman Big Lube mould still new in the packet, so I'd better get that sorted first :D

Is that true that you've retired Ranch Dog and that your moulds are available through Lee? I always fancied one of your 265/270 or thereabouts grain moulds for my 444, but never got around to getting one (mind you I bought plenty of others :( ).

Words for the wise !

If you have recent manufacture Marlin's in 44-40 use the same bullets as you would in any Marlin lever 44 MAG as the barrels are the same only the chambers are different !

And if you have and "old" Marlin in 44-40 you can always shave a couple thousandths from the bullets you cast for yout 44 MAG's if need be !
