I wouldn't. 311284 too pointed for my comfort. Some will probably say no problem, but all you have to do is find a pic. of a tube fed rifle that's had the rounds go off in the mag. to make you think twice. My $.02.

Single load only due to the point against the primer of the next round in the mag.
Also you may have probs with the LOA, this is a long sucker.

................Yup, done it as a single shot, and if you chamber the round the fastest way to get it out is to shoot it. Otherwise you have to take the gun apart. Very accurate in my M93 Marlin. Used a case full of surplus WC872.

I tried it in my Marlin #336 (single loaded) and wasn't overly impressed with it. Lyman #311466 and Saeco #315 were significantly more accurate. It was a shame too as the mold cast wonderfully, but the CB noses were undersized for my rifles.
