44 gas check ID...?

I'm buying a CZ in 404 Jefferys, and (of course) I'll be making my own boolits for it. The mould will drop 400gr+/- boolits and cast .424" diameter. My question to you 44 shooters, is what are the ID and OD of the gas check. I get most of my moulds from Steve Brooks and he needs to know before he cuts the mould.

20 year old Hornday GC NIB, OD .438, ID .401, OAH .072, material thickness is .017-.018 depending on how I measure it.

I would think new manufacture is pretty close to the same. I don't have any new to compare.
