Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone who has ordered or is thinking of ordering something from Factory Sales, like everyone else, they are back ordered.

I had ordered a sizer and some handles, and sent them a email the other day requesting to know about when they though they would ship. Mark Duehr gave me a prompt response letting me know that they were back ordered through Lee, and that he would try to have them out the door for me this week or next (I ordered on April 9th).

So for some of you guys that have had issues with getting ahold of them, just shoot them an email. And I'm sure that they get your order out the door as soon as they can.

I also had a problem with Factory Sales. I was never able to contact them by phone as the voicemail was always full. I was unable to cancel my order after 3 weeks. Although they DID charge my credit card when I ordered. Had to go through my card to get refund. Not again...
