Meplat Width ????

I am trying to design my first mold on Mountain Molds web site. I am looking at a 200gr GC style bullet for my 10mm G20 and Colt Delta Elite.

What percentage meplat would be the widest that should reliably feed in a semi-auto? I'm hoping to get at least a 75% to 80% meplat.

I think 75 % is the max you could get to feed reliably, more likely 70%. When designing make sure your front band length is no longer than .020 if not under sized for reliable feeding. Other things such as ramp angle and smoothness will also determine max metaplate size also.
