Buckshot, I hate to say this, but hurricane Rita knocked out my electricity for over a week, and everything in my refrigerator and its freezer ruined, including the duck. I had cut up the duck and put it and all the sauce piquant spices plus the water needed in a zip bag together, then froze it. At camp, all I would have had to do is make a roux and then add the contents of the zip bag. It bothers me a lot that I wasted that duck.

I will be duck hunting with my new front stuffer this fall .
I hope to not repeat 2 years back .
I fired low out of the blind in the marsh and caught the grass on fire in front of the blind .
We figured I thru a spark .
