problem using reloaders reference guide

I downloaded the reloaders reference guide from the reloaders guide page link. But I can't get it to work. I am using access runtime and a security notice comes up and doesn't let me use the program. Anyone know how to fix this problem. wiljen says he posted a fix for this problem but I can't find the post I sent him a pm but haven't heard anything. Looking for some help.

Are you using Vista or NT? There is a fix for Vista in the "Read me" sect. There were 3 of 4 "OH that is what he ment" moments while getting that done.
If you are getting the Microsoft security notice it just means that the author did not pay to get it approved by Microsoft corp.
