It turns out that a rainy Saturday afternoon in Michigan is worth something. I was doing some reading on Surplus Rifle and came across an article about neck sizing 7.62 X 54 Russian brass with a .308 Lee Collet neck sizing die. Talk about a light bulb moment. Why wouldn't the same hold true for the .35 Rem and .358 WCF. The .358 case slid right into the .35 Rem collet die with no binding. A quick mesure of the two cases and a quick trip to the work shop for a washer , got the die installed in the press and - IT WORKS. Some fine tuning of the washer thickness (or something a little more permanent) is required but it works. The discriminated against .358 WCF lovers of the world now have one more tool in their kit.
