Recently I picked up a SAECO luber and sizer which was in "new" condition. It came with four dies and four top punches of which three of the sizing dies use the thread on nut and the last, not a SAECO stamped die, just has a groove at it's bottom. The groove is .095" wide and it apprears that some sort of clip fits into it.

Does anyone know who made this die? what type of clip goes into the groove on it's bottom to retain it into the press? Thanks:veryconfu

Sonds like a "home made" die that uses a c clip instead of a nut. Does it have the flange on top to act as a stop?

If not this may be a die cut for another sizer all together! I have several dies for my Star that were cut for a c clp instead of a flange!

If you can post a picture someone may have a bit better ideas what it is and what it fits!
