Full length sizing can lengthen a case so always trim AFTER resizing.

Depends on the pilot used. Forster usually recommends trimming BEFORE sizing. Full length sizing doesn't neccessarily lengthen the case. Dragging and unlubed expander ball back theough the neck does.

I'm using a lee case trimmer. Looks like it wants to go down in the primer hole for fitting. Assuming after. I did it before but trimmed some 9mm brass today and my gosh I must have trimmed some pieces for 5 minutes (by hand).
