The nose is too long for lever gun operation. Particularly Winchesters.

You can use them in the in the Marlin if you single load them---or you can seat to the front driving band or you can trim the cases enough so they will feed, when crimped in the crimping groove (I do this with cases that have neck splits). This is a nice load with 15~17.0 grains of Unique.
