I own a Francotte style Martini Henry, and am having a problem reloading for it. I want to neck size the cases only and the best I have right now it to run the necks through a 45 colt sizer then expand with a 45-70 expander. It works, but is going to be hard on the brass in the long run. I was thinking about getting a sort of "push through" sizer made up just like the Lee ones, only problem is that they go up to .375" in diameter, no bigger. Does anyone have any thoughts out there

Crazy Mark and I came up with an adapter to take Lyman and RCBS sizer dies and use them as push through dies in a Rockchucker.
This requires adapting a Lee shellholder for rods that we turn on a lathe. But this is for sizing.
If you get an adapter and the correct size sizer die, you can nexk size cases as well using the correct shellholder. I've done it on several oddball calibers I was messing with and it works fine.
Just clean the sizer before use as a neck sizer and lube as required./beagle

Ask "Buckshot" to make you up a 0.480" Lee-style push-through sizer.
Or - neck size with a 6.5x55 F/L Sizing Die. If that's too tight, use the 6.5x55 Seater Die
