Can 9mm para dies be used for 380?

What about 45 long for 45/70?

the problem i see with the 9 dies is the seater being too tall to seat & roll the flare back in.
#2 the 45/70 has a taper to it & could`nt be fully resized & if trying to neck size i`ve collapsed more cases than i`ve loaded ( too heavy handed i guess ) not to mention trying to seat & crimp with out the cases being supported.
i`m sure some can but my attempt was a little disappointing .

NOPE on the 9 for 380. 380 is a mostly straight case that is the same dia as the mouth of a 9x19, the 9x19 is tapered and quite a bit bigger than 380 at the base, a 380 case might not even touch the sides of a 9x19 die.
