Broke anothe handle on my 450. Does anyone have information on the Lyman "upgraded" handle?

Just re-installed mine today, ordered direct from Lyman. It makes your sizer a 4500 less the heater. I would order an extra handle link so no downtime, you will break if you bump up. Other than that, a huge upgrade from the bike handle.

Guys, where are these handles breaking? Is it the threads where the 2 piece handle screws together? And if so, what is the advantage of the 4500 handle. From the parts diagram in the instruction manual, they both look the same except for the knob. I havent had issues with mine yet, only sizing easy stuff though. The handle is uncomfortable though, that is my reason for wanting to modify.
Thanks,
Danny

If this is the 450's with the cast 2 piece handle, they break at the threaded portion, and the "L" shaped dogleg linkage piece it threads into. 1/4" steel plate fixes the linkage, and the appropriately sized steel rod welded to it fixes the cast handle part. The foam cushion slips right back on to the new handle.
