Mold ?

I would like to know if anyone would know where I can get a .460 mold for a 45-70 ? I want a tumble lube and gas check bullet , 300 to 350 gr. I already have Ranch Dogs 425 gr. mold, but I want a lighter bullet for dear hunting. Thanks for any help.

Who's dear are you hunting?? I limit myself to deer. The traditional deer boolit is the Lyman 457122HP Gould design. It's still in the catalog, available from any of the retailers.

The 457122 is a hollow point 330 gr nominal wt boolit that many do well with.

So far, in very limited testing it sucks for me, but I'm outnumbered 100 to 1
from what read, and expect to get back and figure it out one day.
