Can someone tell me where I can find bar solder? How much does it usually cost?

Lowe's & Home Depot used to have that in bars that were about a lb or so, in plumbing, I think.

Any plumbing supply companies around your location? We have one about 20 miles from me. They will sell to the public too.

Dude you want a sheet metal/roofing supply house. Anywhere that sells copper for roofing goods is going to have bar solder. Last I checked they only sell by the 50lb box and the price fluctuates with the market. We use a distributor here in the mid-west called Corkin Steel.
