hi i have a rcbs mould that casts under size & a cracked tc 44 mag sizer die, this is the second time in about 30 years for the die, if i go to the rcbs web sight (atk) they give you 2 phone numbers for coustomer service, a tool free thats allways busy and the other that states its a $ 4.00 charge ,whats up ???????

You just have to patient with the toll free number and keep on trying.

Send it to Scrounger's address, uhh, er, the address Scrounger listed, :???: with a note telling them what's wrong.
Then wait by the mailbox until you get a new one!:)

The address that Scounger posted is correct, the name of the person that will handle your problem will be named Charlie, he takes care of almost all the warranty work, a very good guy.

i e-mailed em one time about a 357 mag die that the seater stem would only screw in 1 round into the die body.4 days later-no reply but a new seater/crimp diein the mail. 2 more days an e-mail asking if i was happy with the new die? never asked for the old one back. i guess im happy,i still use the old die to crimp with.
