I have a chance to maybe get several 8 lb jugs
But the guy that has it forgot to write down what load data to use

He seesm to think either 4895 or 4064 data

If I can get it at a decent price
I was hoping to know what data to use

He doesn't know for sure??
Is it labeled on the Jugs??

If it was me, I would want to know what it was for sure. Those powders are close in burning speed. One supplier a while back, had some 4895 that was closer to 4064.in speed.

JohnCH,

There was a DP-68 powder available a couple years ago. Here's the load data for it (http://www.accuratepowder.com/datapowder_dp68.htm), in case the guy got the letters wrong.

It might be DP-68

I have not seen the jugs and I am just going by what I was told

I am going to meet the guy Monday at the club

John,

I think that the DP-68 originally sold for something around $72 for 8 lbs.

Definetly BW-68
As it is listed in big bold print on the lable

I gave him $32 a 8 lb jug for all 4 jugs

LIsted on the jug as a pull down powder from 7.62 x 54

The I was told by the son , his dad bought it 4 or 5 years back at Camp Perry

At this price , I will figure out how to use it
