Someone on here had some pics of a real neat loading bench using T-slot track and metal plates with a common hole pattern that all equipt is mounted on. Anyone know where to get the T-slot track?

Thanks stumpjumper, I will go to Woodcraft this afternoon. I thought all that track was just the straight dado groove for the custom guide rail stuff. I am going to set my bench up with that system.

ddeaton if you look around on some of them sights, they will have the t bolts in different lengths, and they should have the hold down knobs also. now you have me thinking about redoing my cramped up bench.

The T slot stuff you're thinking of is made by 8020. Just search for 8020 on fleabay. They have an outlet store there. I don't think the woodworking type will hold up to reloading. I have some single slot type for 1/4" bolts and 5/16" bolts if you're interested? I think the ones you saw in the reloading bench thread were the 4 slot style. when they're inbedded into the benchtop you loose 3 of he slots.
