I've been having trouble getting WWs lately, but I stopped by my local guy that doesn't do a lot of business today. I haven't been by his shop for about 8 months, and I walked in and asked if he had enough WWs to sell. He pointed to the 5 gal pail overflowing onto the floor and asked with a grin if that was enough. I handed him a $20 bill and an empty 5 gal pail. We both walked away happy men! Now it's starting to warm up, a day or two of smelting about 400 bls of various types of lead/alloys is in order - SOON!

I also contacted the tire dealer in the small town I used to work in about 30 miles away. Our trenching/tiling company did a lot of business there. He just sold his stock of old WWs, but will save them for a couple months, then I can give him a call and pick them up for $15-20/5 gal pail! I have another source!!!!!!!!
