Ruger No. 1 Front Sight, NECG

Hello!
Does anyone know if the NECG Masterpiece front sight inserts fit a Ruger No. 1 front sight base from 1993? They look pretty much the same, and I want a sourdough sight for my No. 1. Thanks!

I don't have an answer for this, but I'll bet the people at NECG do. Maybe it would be best to try to get the answer from the horses mounth, anything I contribute would probably be from the horses other end.

It might make a difference, since the detent hole would be in a different position on the sight blade base, so if/when you speak to them, I would tell them which type front ramp is on your #1 - with the sight blade release button ahead of the sight, or behind it.
