Hi folks

Got my size dies from lee and started to experiment with paper patches again. My initial attempts have been a flop so far but I didn't have my sizers at the time. I tried
the cigarette roller thing but found I do better by hand. After sizing the patches are on pretty tight. I patched a .3145 to .329 before sizing down to .324 and did the same to a .310 to .325 before sizing it down to.314. The patch tails flatten out nicely
going thru the Lee sizers. Time to patch a bunch more and load them up. Just got to work up a nice load. I have Hodgdon Varget and H4350. I'm looking for 2000-2400
for the Enfield and 2200-2600 for the M48.

In my Enfield, I use minimum starting loads for jacketed, same weight.
.314 is the size I use.

I too get better results patching by hand. I was given a roller by docone1 a while back (thanks again doc!) but will stick to my hand rolled.
