6-cavity mold 300 grns bullets. I'm looking at the Rowell #1 it holds 1 pound, 3/4 full that's 5250 grains, 300 X 6 = 1800 grains, looks sufficient.
I read also that the RCBS works great for a six-cavity. My Lyman ladle doesn't work too good, or do I need to fill three, then dip again.
Size is a problem also because I keep a thermometer in there and it's only a Lee 20# Magnum melter.
Looking for a good suggestion, thanks!
