My firing pin tip broke off 2nd time I pulled trigger, never even got to fire it! I've noticed striking resemblance to my 1922 FN/Browning firing pin, but 1922 pin tip is longer than 1906 25acp. Can I safely interchange? I notice one company shows same part no for both pistols, but with an A & B suffix. I'd like to drill and solder a new tip to broken pin body, but metal is hard and I've ordered better quality drill bits. Cabin fever is setting in, we just had 15 inch snow and my snowblower is as cranky as I am.
