Would anyone know of a source for top punches and seating screws for obsolete Lyman moulds such as 41026, 41032, 429303, 429348? Any help will be appreciated.

Ebay.

Otherwise, have a friend with a metal lathe cut you some "blanks", punches with large, hollow noses. Place a dollop of epoxy in the punch nose, wax the nose of a bullet you wish to fit and push it into the epoxy, leave it until it sets. Do the same with seating plugs.

You can probably find suitable screws at your local hardware store. As for top punches, if you can't find the one that you need, then just take one that is close, fill the cavity half way with epoxy or hot melt glue & push a greased boolit into it. That should give you a perfect fit.

Thanks for the tips guys. I think I'll experiment with some relatively large nosed punches / seaters like Keith Styles and some JB Weld. To start I think I'll grease up the cavity in the punches so the JB Weld will drop out and I can toss 'em until I get the process figured out. Then I'll clean 'em with some brake cleaner and do it for real. I apprecaite the help.

Late to the party, but what I did with my 429348 was to use the top punch for my 429421 and then under that, place a cast 429421 boolit on top of the 429348 boolit. Worked great. Just wish I could find a load for that !@$# 429348 that'll shoot into 3" at 25 yards from my pre-24.
