I am in the middle of a build and part gathering for a 54cal cva hawkens. the stock is a charles daley. I am getting ready to send the barrel to an forum member to be browned. I did a bad job on that.

this stock is about down. just going to put 2 more coats on it than it is down.

it is going to have a brand new cva hawkens barrel on it. 85% chance a brand new lock on it too. just waiting for fund from an sale to come in to get it.

thanks, hoping to use this for a future project.

some time in the next year, I am going to build an flint lock just out of part that can be found on the internet.

this is not the first stock I have finished. may be my best one to date. even though my savage 110 '06 is my over all best. but I sold that. :(
