Hey guys, I'm a newbe here at Castboolits. Thanks to all of you I have a brand new addiction !! I have been looking around at some cheap ways to keep my old .300 Savage fed, and ran across this piece on eBay. What is it? How does it work?

any press or a lee hand priming tool will do just fine.
and will do other cal's if you decide to load for them too.
