Been putting the finishing touches on some of my winter idea projects, and finally settled on this set up for making "kake kutters" for pan lubing my 45 caliber boolits. This will work on everything from maxi-balls down. I cast the 45 maxi-ball; the 325 gr. Lyman; and the 300, 255, & 228 gr. Lee boolits. They all work through it just fine, even with gas checks in place.

I used a 7mm Mag case for the cutter body, and drilled out the primer pocket to fit the rivet shaft, so it would easily slide through after trimming the diameter of the rivet head to fit loosly inside the case body/cutter mouth.
I used a small tubing cutter to trim the case to the length of the rivets fully together so that the boolits would be fully ejected when using the plunger. The brass rivet is counter sunk, and the copper rivet swage fits perfectly into the hole. I fluxed and soldered them together to be sure they stay that way. I used a rod of appropriate diameter to hold the brass rivet in the fully upright position for soldering, which also helps to apply pressure to force the rivets together while soldering, too. Did it against the side of my work bench while heated.

If lube gets built up inside the cutter, then you can just warm the cutter and it melts out.
