32 cal gas checks on 30 cal boolits

Has anyone ever used 32 cal gas checks on a 30 cal boolit such as a 311041 that sized them with a lyman .310 die? It seams like they should work and I can't find anywhere that has 30 cal gas checks in stock.

I have a box of 800 Hornady 30s that I will trade you for ~800 Hornady 32s.

I don't actually have any 32 cal on hand but everywhere I have looked to order has 32 in stock but no 30 cal. But thank you for the offer.

Yes I have done that. I have one 30 cal mold by Lyman that has a G.C shank that is to large for 30 cal. checks with out shaving lead.

I had a box of Horonady 32cal. G.C. on the shelf and altho a little big they sized down just fine in a .309 die. Nice and tight........Terry
