All, my neighbor down the mtn from me has a new model Winchester 94 in 30-30. Has the safety and angle eject. He wants $200 for it, good price concidering they have closed their doors??????? I thought about buying it and reselling it.

Joe, if you can get it for something like $125.00 it would be worth it.

If he wont sell it for less than that, walk away. You and I both know it's not worth much as a firearm, although it may be worth a little more as some kind of a curiosity piece.

Then again, in five years it may be selling for $5,000 as one of the "last of the breed" rifles.

I'd take my chances!!

I'd try to beat him down a little bit, just because I always do, but $200.00 is about right in this area for a late production '94.

Have one of those angle eject '94's in .30-30 with 24" tube & all. It's one real accurate gun but has problems ejecting cases. Got 400 New DWM cases from a gunshop in our area which eject just fine. Stock-to-Metal fit is the pits but plan on making my own stock anyway so don't really care. I'd say, snap it up! Mine is a real shooter!
