Help with Ideal 358246 mould

I have an old (but in good shape) Ideal 358246 mould that will drop a 147 grain bullet with #2 lead. It's a round nose design and I'd like to know if anyone has used this bullet in a .38 Special. I would also like to know what TP goes with this bullet. It looks like a 311 will work but I need verification before I go out and buy one.
If anyone has used this bullet I'd like to know what powder and charge you used.
