I have a beautiful old Charles Harvan Castillion Grade double barrel in 20ga. and im wondering if anyone has any experience with this gun? It was made around the early 60's by Jose Cruz (Spain)I believe and its a well made gun with great fit and finish. Its also got a bunch of hand engraved hunting scenes and extra fancy burld walnut. Any comments would be great. I will try to post pics later.

IIRC, Charles Harvan was a 1960's importer of Spanish guns and also sold scopes under that name.

The maker might have dedicated a model to one of, or his biggest, distributor.

The "Castillion" is very close to Spanish "Castillian", meaning a certain Spanish language/dialogue/locality, somewhat similar in use to the term "speaking the King's English" - and so may have been included in the model name in the sense of "deluxe"(grade).

IMO, Spanish shotguns should be inspected closely, with an eye towards the details of the quality of the workmanship on each particular gun, and maybe a test of metal hardness, to determine if it's a well-made piece, or a flash piece.

IOW, each one is what it is.
