What is more important when culling boolits, specifically on bevel bases or gascheck, the absolute base or where the bevel starts? Same question kinda, how about on a gascheck design that will be shot without the gas check, is it the absolute base or the area where the boolits steps down from full diameter to the gascheck area? I would say you want the complete base perfect. Anything less than visually perfect gets thrown back oe very minor imperfections on the front end of boolit can be used as plinkers.
