45Nut gave me this idea in chat the other day.
This is very easy to make, it honestly took me longer to find the chunk of Maple flooring I had burried in the wood pile than it did for me to make the jig.
I started by cutting the board in half length wise.

I dont have my table saw here so I used a Radial Arm saw so I didnt cut it full lenght.

Cut a few small blocks and screw them to the to flats.

I did that so I could add a hinge.

Next I drilled 2 holes space correctly to so I could run caridge bolts through and bolt it to the drill press table.

Next I closed the jig and clamped it and ran a smaller than diameter drill down the center of the split.

This was for my 500 S&W bullets so I used a drill about .485 or so.

Make sure the through hole is positioned correctly so the bullet base sits on the drill table. Recenter your jig and put in a 1/8 or 3/16 put in a cast bullet and clamp the non hinge side.Make sure you slow your drill down when you are drilling lead, if you go fast you will mess up the nose of the bullet.

Open up the jig and you have the end product.
