I have a mold that drops bullets the size that I need but nobody makes a .456 sizing die so I can lube them. I am sure it has been done before but has anyone hand dipped regular lube type bullets in LLA and used them as is?

Yes, you can tumble or dip lube regular grooved boolits. I have shot a lot of tumble lubed Lee 358-105-SWC (regular grooves not the narrow tumble lube grooves) for target loads in my GP100.

I shoot several bullets unsized and tumble lubed with good results. Contact Lee, they'll make up a custom push through sizer kit for you for the grand sum of $25.
Right now they seem to be backed up a bit, but eventually they'll have the backlog cleared.
