Ok, suppose someone wanted to have a cylinder for a special cartridge that operated at a lower pressure then the one the revolver is currently chamber in.
1) where would said person go to have one made.
2) Approximate price range of having this made. Lets say for a Mod 65 Smith.
The idea behind this would something I could just kinda drop in. If cylinder blanks were sold that would be great. As I could simply ream the throats and chamber... Any ideas?
