So here I am. I have an RCBS II lubesizer and a Lyman 4500 with a .357 sizing die. I have molds for 38/357; 350 lbs of sewer pipe lead in 1lbs ingots as well as 100lbs of WW 1lbs ingots, a lee bottom pour pot and 3 sticks of lube. Last night I cast 189 wad cutters and about 198 rejects all water dropped. I commence to reading the instructions for the 50th time and decide I am going to size my bullets. Did you know you need a top punch to size bullets? I overlooked that part of the equation. These don’t seem to be anything my hardware store has on hand. I see now there are as many different types as there are boolits which makes perfect sense. I feel like I have a flat tire with no spare! I am going gun shopping.:bigsmyl2::bigsmyl2:

For flat nosed boolits you can use a 1/4" bolt with the head smoothed up. Dontcha love all the gadgets this hobby has??!!!

Get a Lee Sizing Die in .358, pan lube, and enjoy.
They are all I use.

Well those are the lessons you only learn once. I did take off on a scrounging trip and got one overflowing 5 gallon pail of wheel weights free and found a 55 gallon barrel full as well. I am working a price on that little gem.
