Like to do venison loin/butterfly steaks on the grill but they turn out dry? Well here is the ticket and it is drop dead easy. Mix equeal (or so) softened butter and your favorite steak sauce. I like to use the real butter not Margarine or "oleo" as it is known to the mature crowd and A1. Baste the steaks while they are cooking. Watch out for flare ups from the butter. I have gotten rave reviews and can even get my sister to eat these steaks and she can pick out the venison chilli at the potlucks. I can't claim this as my own, I discovered this from a coworker.
