I checked Buffalo arms but they want almost $30 to ship. Any other places I should check?

Thanks!

I have seen photos of Buckshot's work.
A winner in my book.

what sizer do you have? that would narrow your choices down some right there.

Good morning
Opening a sizer a few .000 is not a real problem. Caliber .30 is the smallest I would open up so far and .38 and fatter are easier. I am always on a scout for old ugly CHEAP sizers and keep them handy. Drill, ream and a little wet paper polish.
But I also buy ready made.... I have Buckshots work and it is nice !
God Bless you.

RCBS is doing this again. I asked when they started back up but no one seemed to know. I also asked about exactly what you could have made. Got a blank there as well. But they are doing some.

Buckshot just finished two dies for me and turnaround time was only about three weeks. Cheaper than Lee and better quality after I started looking at them.

Buckshot makes both push thru and lyman/rcbs style. His work is very good and turn time is great.

Just organizing the information above on sources for custom sizer dies

Lee push through type
Buckshot, Lee Precision

H&I type
Buckshot, Buffalo Arms, ?RCBS?

Star Type
Lathesmith, Magma Engineering

SAECO Type
?Redding-Saeco?

I have purchased custom sizers from Buckshot, Lathesmith, Lee, Magma and Buffalo Arms. Buckshot and Lathesmith both do excellent work - highly recommended and more likely than the other sources to deliver one that actually sizes to nominal size. The one I got from Buffalo Arms was also right on the money sizewise.
