12lbs of WW+2% tin = 550 SKS bullets.

Not a bad way to spend a couple hours on a sunny AZ afternoon.

Too bad my second mold is on backorder. :Fire:

Most of the bases have little sprue marks on them. Not sure if I've noticed this before. I'll probably gas check 99% of these, so I don't think it should be an issue.

I did up some of these yesterday, too! I then did some 180gr for the 30-06, followed by .401, .452 and .356. I put in a whole union day, 4 hours. (no bashing, please!) I was once a teamster and a pipefitter, I can joke...

( ok i have been a union member before...but was able to see the dark side of some behavior. i once had a union rep, standup at a department meeting, and claim there was no requirement to actually work , only had to know how to!........most employees worked for thier pay, but there were just enough of them that thout thier paycheck came from the union, to sour me on them)

Ran off around 6 lbs of 375449s yesterday, myself. My old Saeco pot was a little over half full of 30/1 alloy and I needed to switch to Lyman #2 to run off some .44 SWCs for my wheelguns. As I had the time, I figured it was more energy efficient to go ahead and cast boolits rather than just pour ingots that would eventually have to be remelted, anyway.
