Bushnell "Custom" 2.5 x 20 scope

Hello, all! I have a vintage (1970?) Bushnell scope. Gloss 1" tube, engraved "Bushnell 2.5 x 20 Custom", stamped "Japan", and B&L within an oval. Serial # is E10141. I have already mounted it on my Remington 721, but of course would be interested in any tidbits of its history that you gurus can provide.

Hello, all! I have a vintage (1970?) Bushnell scope. Gloss 1" tube, engraved "Bushnell 2.5 x 20 Custom", stamped "Japan", and B&L within an oval. Serial # is E10141. The Bushnell 2.5x20 Custom was made from 1968-75. It has a 4.75" eye relief. Field of view is 49 ft. at 100 yds. Not much else I can add.
