.264 Jackets

Anyone have any suggestions as to the best method of forming .264 jackets for a 256 Newton? Thanks, Danth

I would purchase Sierra 7mm jackets, and run them through a reducing die.

Drawing 7mm jackets would give you the best jacket, i.e. the least expensive, most accurate and most reliable expansion. If on the other hand you enjoy a challenge you could make them from 1/4" copper tubing, but that would require a major investment in a press and dies.
