I like these over a good dose of Varget or N540.

Sorry forgot to add the most important part. I was wanting to use cast bullets.

A Lyman 225415 or facsimile cast of WQ'd #2 alloy or linotype. GC and lube or PC. Load over RL7, H4895 or 3031 w/dacron filler until the rifle won't hold 10 shots in 3" or under at 100 yards. Start at 15 gr with any of those three powders.

Only your rifle and loads can tell you how much powder or the velocity level it will be to keep all 10 shots under that 3" group size at 100 yards.

I,m using PC'd and GC'd 55GN RCBS boolit (sized to 0.225") with 23gn of 3031 for a consistant 3MOA accuracy. These chronograph at 2,500fps.
