posted at the bulletin board at our club used RCBS press missing some parts for $20.
Contacted RCBS asked what it would cost to get the missing parts (spent primer catcher and primer assy)
Reply was "under warranty" they shipped the parts no cost to me. Now I have a press to loan out to folks that want to start reloading.
I've had the same experience with Dillion and Ruger.

RCBS might cost more, but is well worth it if you have a problem - used LEE for decades, but after a truly bad experience with customer service i will never purchase another LEE product -

Friend once observed that: Some get older and wiser, others only get older. If you confuse cheap with quality, you get another 10 laps to run on the learning track of life.

Not surprised at the way RCBS handled this.

In fact,, as mentioned,, Dillon & Ruger & others also seem to be top quality when it comes to customer service.

MUCH, MUCH better than many other industries out there. The gun folks mostly seem to be the best in that respect!

I had the same experience with RCBS. Got a couple of sets of dies in a box of stuff. Both sets missing parts, all replaced under warranty. Thanks, RCBS.

You can add Henry to the list of those with great customer service.

Years ago I bought an RCBS scale off e-bay. Would not keep a steady measure. Sent it in to RCBS for repair - and told them I bought it off e-bay. Couple of weeks later got a box containing a completely new scale!
